FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - An event in the Summit City on Sunday is raising funds for a cause.

Community members were invited to the Fort Wayne International Airport from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. for Mizpah Shrine ’s 53rd Fly-In Breakfast.

The breakfast included eggs, pancakes, sausage, ham, hashbrowns, and toast as well as coffee, milk, or orange juice.

The organization asked for a minimum donation of $8 per person, with children under 5 eating for free.

The donations will go toward transportation and care for local patients and families of Shriners Hospitals for Children, located in Chicago and Dayton, Ohio.
