The Vice President of the Political Sovereignty, Security, and Peace Sector, Governor Vladimir Padrino López, stated that the willingness of the people to enlist in the Bolivarian Militia has demonstrated the level of awareness they have reached and that the Homeland is at the center of popular sentiment.

This was stated by the senior officer from Miranda state, at one of the locations where he visited to verify the enlistment process that has been underway since last Saturday, August 23, after President Nicolás Maduro called on the population to enroll in the fifth component of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).
