The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced that the Expo Simón from Child to Liberator will tour the countries that make up the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – People's Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) and Colombia, with the aim of celebrating the glorious history forged by the Liberator Simón Bolívar to consolidate freedom.

The Simón Expo, "From Child to Liberator," has been visited by nearly 500.000 people in Caracas, and upon completing its run at the Parque Bolívar Convention Center at La Carlota Air Base, it will travel nationwide.

It will then be presented in Cuba, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Lucia.
