A haunting final video of a mountaineer, who is feared to have perished after becoming stranded at 23,000ft with a fractured leg, has emerged.
Russian climber Natalia Nagovitsina, 47, has been marooned on Victory Peak in Kyrgyzstan with minimal provisions for almost a fortnight - and rescue attempts have now been called off.
The explorer remains trapped at 22,965ft on the peak, which reaches 24,406ft at its summit, following an injury sustained on August 12.

Her climbing companion assisted her as much as possible before descending the mountain to seek assistance for the Russian.
