A mum whose daughter died on the way to Creamfields 16 years ago had spoken of her daughter's last words to her.

Dominique Williams , a dance and performing arts student at Edge Hill University , was on the way to the music festival in Daresbury when she died in a horror crash on Higher Road in Halewood on August 29, 2009.

Speaking to the ECHO ahead of the 16th anniversary of her daughter's death, Dominique's mum Lesley said: "It's still so hard without her. People say time is a healer, but it isn't. It just helps you to cope. A parent shouldn't have a child die. It's not the right order of life."
