ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Deputies with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said they are responding to a scene along Sadlers Creek.

Deputies reported receiving a call around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday for an unoccupied boat circling on the water.

The sheriff’s office said their Marine Unit is also on scene and believes the boat was occupied previously. The sheriff’s office said it will continue to search the water surrounding Sadlers Creek State Park.

The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is the lead agency in this incident.
