According to AccuWeather.com , temperatures will be 10 to 15 degrees lower than historical averages as the jet stream drops down. Here's a look at the forecast for the First State:

New Castle County: After highs reach 81 on Aug. 25, cooler temperatures will come into the area. Lows at night this week will struggle to get over 60 degrees. The forecast this week is calling for sunny to partly sunny skies and highs in the mid-70s.
