SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Not only has cooler than average weather taken over, but Sioux City even tied a record low Monday morning with a low of 44 degrees. We also hit 44 degrees way back in 1915.

It will be cool again tonight with lows dipping into the mid 40s meaning we’ll again be close to a record low. Tuesday morning’s record low is 44 degrees set back in 1910. Western Siouxland will have a chance of seeing a few showers develop with most of them gone by 11 am Tuesday.
