Max Bredeson is a guy who prides himself on playing a physical brand of football, often trading stats for big hits to help Michigan execute a play.

While the senior fullback/ tight end has made his mark laying down key blocks or pushing piles, new offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey thinks there’s more to his game — and hinted Monday that he wants to incorporate more of Bredeson into the Wolverines’ offense in 2025.

“He brings some flexibility that a lot of teams don’t have,” Lindsey said on the “Inside Michigan Football” radio show. “From the standpoint he’s more like an old, throwback fullback, but he’s also very athletic.”
