The Met Office has warned that heavy rain could be heading to Coventry and Warwickshire . It comes after a glorious Bank Holiday Monday which saw temperatures top 28C yesterday (August 25).
But as well as falling temperatures today (August 26), there is also a risk of showers. The forecast says that there could be 'heavy bursts at times' as its online weather map shows a band of blue sweeping across our area.
While it will ease off into the evening, there is the chance of a 'band of persistent, sometimes heavy rain' tomorrow (August 27) too. The chance of rain stays with us as we head into the last week of the school summer holidays.
