DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- Two Dauphin County schools are closed on Tuesday.

According to the Susquehanna Township School District, Sara Lindemuth/Anna Carter Primary School and Thomas Holtzman Elementary School are closed on Tuesday, August 26, due to "unexpected transportation issues."

Officials say Susquehanna Township Middle School and High School will remain open and operate on a normal schedule.

The school district did not reveal the nature of the transportation issues.
