PORTAGE — A 39-year-old local man is accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that injured not just himself, but three others in a second vehicle, according to Portage police.

Police said they responded shortly before 9 p.m. Saturday to the intersection of Lute Road and Augusta Boulevard where they found two vehicles heavily damaged from a crash.

One of the drivers, Ryan Seliger, was being escorted back to the scene when police arrived.

Seliger reportedly told police he tried to leave the scene because he did not have a valid driver's license. When asked how much alcohol he had consumed before the crash, Seliger responded, "not enough," police said.
