Three people were taken to a hospital on Cape Cod and another was flown to a Boston hospital on Sunday morning after three vehicles collided in two separate crashes on Route 6A in Orleans, officials said.
Around 8 a.m., police responded to a report of a head-on crash involving two vehicles at 191 Route 6A, according to a statement released by the Orleans Police Department.
Upon arrival, police determined that three cars were involved in two separate collisions, according to the statement. Ambulances from Orleans, Brewster, Eastham, and Harwich responded to the scene, according to the statement.
Three people were taken to Cape Cod Hospital in Barnstable, and another was transported via MedFlight to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. No updates on their condition were immediately
