An Auburn Hills police official has released additional information about an alleged road rage on I-75 that led to a person being hit by a car and injured outside the Meijer store on Brown Road last week.
A Pontiac woman is facing criminal charges in the incident.
Deputy Police Chief Scott McGraw told The Oakland Press on Tuesday that the victim, a 63-year-old man from Clarkston, suffered a broken leg in the incident. He had also been pepper-sprayed by the suspect, 25-year-old Pontiac resident Samantha Lynne Jaynes, who is charged with a felony and misdemeanor for the Aug. 20 incident.
McGraw said it unfolded at around 7 p.m. during a road rage altercation on I-75, allegedly between Jaynes and the Clarkston man. Jaynes reportedly followed the man to the Meijer’s drive-through pharmacy,
