Bear taken back to mountains after being found in Rio Rancho backyards

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) — With help from the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish, Rio Rancho Police Department recently relocated a bear after it made his way into local backyards. You can view photos below.

Police say that officers were able to put him into a slumber without incident before taking him back to the mountains.
