Groundbreaking related to a dual-branded hotel planned for River North on a site near the future Oracle campus has taken a step forward, as the development company has landed its construction loan.

According to a report from REBusiness.com , Arriba Capital has provided the $67 million loan to Atlanta-based Nexera Capital (then known as RevPAR Development) and Chattanooga-headquartered Emerge Hospitality Group. The development team seeks a hotel building to house a Home2 Suites by Hilton and a Hampton Inn.

The hotel will sit adjacent to Oracle’s planned $2 billion campus on a 0.41-acre site, located at 611 Cowan St.
