OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A TIF-funded project aims to redevelop parts of Little Bohemia. After city council members approved the finances for it, First Alert 6 spoke with business owners in the area.

They shared their excitement for the project, and a few of their concerns, including parking, the use of TIF funding and what they say is a lack of communication.

We spoke with City Planning Director David Fanslau about their concerns. He says additional parking is a part of the project, and also addresses road safety concerns, saying the city believes the area will be able to handle more traffic.
