Two former Michigan offensive linemen were among the Miami Dolphins’ finals cuts on Tuesday.
The team waived rookie Josh Priebe and 2023 seventh-round pick Ryan Hayes to get down to the 53-player roster limit. Hayes made his NFL debut with Miami in Week 18 last season, playing four snaps on special team. The team signed the Traverse City native to a futures contract in January, giving him a chance to earn a spot on the roster during camp.
Priebe started 29 games over four seasons at Northwestern before transferring to Michigan for the 2024 campaign. The Edwardsburg High graduate started all 13 games for the Wolverines at left guard and was a third-team all-conference selection by the media.
