At around 11:39 a.m., a white Toyota Camry was traveling east on Obanion Road approaching South George Washington Boulevard in Sutter County, while a white semi-truck pulling double dump trailers loaded with dirt was driving south on South George Washington Boulevard. According to CHP, the truck approached the intersection of Obanion Road at about 55 mph.
