Stephen Phillip Essery Barnard Jr., 89, died peacefully on July 25 in Twin Falls.

Phil was born June 23, 1936, in Babylon, New York. Phil was preceded in death by his mother, Madeline; and his former wives, Judy and Anna. He leaves behind his son, Rovert Smith; his grandson, Lance; and granddaughter, Abineau.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, Sept. 14, at Mahoney's Bar and Grill in Bellevue from 1-4 p.m.
