AKRON, Ohio (WJW) - The Akron Zoo wants to thank Summit County residents for their tax support by offering a free trip to the zoo.
According to a media release, throughout September, residents can reserve free tickets as part of the zoo's annual Community Days.
Tickets must be reserved online in advance, and there is a limit of four tickets per household.
To reserve tickets, residents must create an account and enter a valid Summit County address.
According to organizers, the Akron Zoo has offered Community Days since 2001, after the first zoo levy was approved by Summit County voters.
