Motorists have been warned of huge delays to journeys on the Edinburgh Bypass ahead of Chappell Roan's second gig at the Royal Highland Centre.
The A720 is currently restricted westbound between Sheriffhall and Baberton due to to congestion.
Drivers have been told to expect delays of around 30 minutes.
The message was issued around 4.35pm on Wednesday, August 27 and comes as American pop icon Chappell Roan is set to perform her second sold-out Edinburgh gig.
Images show a massive queue of cars halted bumper-to-bumper on the Bypass across multiple lanes of traffic.
Traffic Scotland has urged motorists to "use caution" and allow extra time for their journey, especially if travelling to the Royal Highland Centre.
