NORTH JACKSON, Ohio - Jackson-Milton High School opened its practice football field to individuals with special needs to give them an authentic football practice experience.

The Blue Jays welcomed individuals from Gateways to Better Living on Monday, August 25, allowing them to join in stretch exercises, high-knee warmups, strategy sessions and drill breakouts.

Additionally, the group had the opportunity to toss the football around with the team's coaches, and the players signed a football brought by the group as a keepsake to take home and treasure.

It all culminated into everyone huddling together and chanting "family," welcoming the group into the Blue Jays family.
