EUGENE, Ore. – Eugene police said they are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered woman who has been missing since Monday.

Abigail Austin, 29, who suffers from severe cognitive impairment and other mental conditions and was last seen on Aug. 25, pulled off lattice work and scaled a six-foot fence to escape her foster care facility, according to the Eugene Police Department. EPD officials said Austin has previously escaped the Eugene facility and was previously found exiting woods near Walton.

Austin is a white female, standing 5’4” tall and weighs 120 pounds with shaved brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray graphic t-shirt and black shorts with no shoes.
