COHASSET, Minn. (Northern News Now) - A 32-year-old man was found dead after an ATV crash in Cohasset on Tuesday.

According to the Itasca County Sheriff’s Office, around 6:04 a.m. they received reports of a crash detected through an iPhone emergency alert system.

Authorities responded to the area of County Road 242 in Cohasset where they found a rolled-over ATV and a lone rider, who was deceased at the scene.

The victim of the rollover was identified as a 32-year-old man from Cohasset, Minn.

During the initial investigation, authorities say that he was the only person on the side-by-side ATV when it crashed.

There is currently no further information on what led up to the crash.
