LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - When families face life’s hardest challenges, knowing where to turn can make all the difference. In Lansing, a new nonprofit hub is opening its doors to help make that support easier to find.
Child and Family Charities is leading the project, located at 405 W. Greenlawn Ave., where more than a dozen nonprofits will now share one space. The goal is to create a one-stop destination for services, ranging from mental health care to youth mentorship, basic needs, and rehabilitation support.
“I want them to feel the power of collaboration,” said Julie Thomasma, CEO of Child and Family Charities. “Really, this project is about bringing people together.”
