Neighbors at the Crystal Point Condominiums on Baer Beach Road have been smelling a faint odor of gas in their backyards, and on Wednesday, that stench was addressed. "About two years ago, we were walking the property, and we said, 'We really need to do something about this well,' so we called the EPA out of Meadville. They came up immediately. They took some readings and said there's an orphan gas well, one of many in this area," said Mickey Kay, President of the Crystal Point Condominiums Association.
