One man was flown to the hospital after a car-pedestrian accident near Edinboro on Wednesday night.

Just before nine o'clock on Wednesday, emergency crews were called to the 59 hundred block of Route 6N near Interstate 79.

According to reports at the scene, the accident happened in a parking lot on the south side of 6N.

There's no word on the victim's condition at this hour or what led to the accident.

State police are investigating.
