PORTLAND, Ore. — A Portland man pleaded guilty Tuesday in connection with the death of 15-year-old Lauren Dominguez , who died of a fentanyl overdose at his home in February 2023 .
Hooman Rahnamoon, 52, admitted to one count of frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and one count of endangering the welfare of a minor. Both are Class A misdemeanors. He had told investigators that he saw his 17-year-old son and Lauren crushing and snorting blue pills at his home up to a week before she died, according to the court documents.
The plea deal requires Rahnamoon to complete drug and alcohol treatment, write an apology letter to Lauren's family, keep minors out of his home, and refrain from using or possessing drugs or alcohol. If he complies for 18 months, the charges cou
