PULASKI COUNTY, Mo. — A Pulaski County couple has been arrested after law enforcement was notified on Monday, August 25, of a reported incident.

According to online court dockets, David Ray Smith, born 1971, of St. Robert, has been charged with first-degree child molestation. Documents also state that Aleisha Smith, born 1975, of St. Robert, has been charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk.

The probable cause statement says that the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of sexual misconduct involving David from the Department of Social Services (DSS).
