Prime Minister Keir Starmer has spoken out after a British building was bombed during an attack on Kyiv.
Footage of the strike has shown it hitting the education and cultural organisation at Zhylyanska Street in the Ukrainian capital, which was part of an overnight attack which killed 15 people, of which four were children.
It has been reported Russian sourced celebrated the strike which also hit the British Council building, with allegations that 12 people were in the building. This has not yet been confirmed officially.
Keir Starmer condemned the attack as "senseless," accusing Russian President, Vladimir Putin, of "killing children and civilians."
