FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A cold front will continue sweeping through the area tonight, taking the rain showers with it. Lows will fall back into the upper 40s to low 50s with highs in the low 70s under partly to mostly sunny skies Friday.

The Labor Day Weekend still looks stunning with highs warming a few degrees each day under sunny skies - mid 70s Saturday, upper 70s Sunday, 80º Monday!

It will be pretty chilly Saturday and Sunday mornings, though, with lows in the low to mid 40s. Perfect sleeping weather, even if it still seems a little too early for multiple nights in the 40s :)

Temperatures will likely drop again mid to late week next week with the passage of another cold front.
