BROOK PARK, Ohio - The Cleveland Browns are going into overtime in their quest to win state aviation approval to build a 221-foot tall stadium within a mile and a half of the center of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

The Ohio Department of Transportation’s previously stated Tuesday deadline for the Browns to work out an agreement or file an appeal of the agency’s denial of a building permit turned out not to be a deadline after all.
