What we learned in Week 1.

One thing is we are not as good as we think we are in picking games. Or are we?

Thinking 4-1, or a .800 percentage, is not so bad.

We can do better. Which will happen this week.

The second week has mostly crossovers between Macomb Area Conference schools or still some non-league games for others along with some conference games up in the Blue Water Area Conference, Charter School Conference and Big Thumb Conference.

Us Wise Guys are looking forward to some epic MAC divisional games and CHSL divisional games in the upcoming weeks, although most of those don’t start until Week 3. Most people that follow prep football here in Michigan understand that the CHSL-Central Division and MAC-Red Division are two of the top conferences in the entire state.
