According to the Almanac’s map, Georgia falls under Region 4: The Southeast. This region includes cities like Atlanta, Columbia (SC), Raleigh (NC), and Savannah.

While the forecast calls for below normal precipitation, it also calls for above-average snowfall in eastern parts of the Southeast region, but below-average snowfall in the west.
