FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Two credit unions and a nonprofit are coming together to give residents a new way to finance energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in Fort Wayne.
The partnership between Indiana Energy Independence, MidWest America Federal Credit Union and Urban Beginnings Choice Federal Credit Union is bringing the Smart-E residential clean energy lending product to Indiana for the first time. It is starting in Fort Wayne with plans for a statewide expansion.
