As participation in sports like football, soccer, and lacrosse increases, doctors emphasize the importance of monitoring children's health and addressing injuries promptly.
"You know, keeping a close eye on them if there are nagging injuries, making sure they are being addressed in a timely fashion, whether it's concussions or ankle sprains," said Jonathan Fallon, a sports medicine surgeon at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
