MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man is in critical condition Saturday after a shooting on Eldridge Avenue in North Memphis, the second shooting on that street in two days.

Police responded to the 220 block of Eldridge at 5:52. They found a male victim struck by gunfire.

He was taken to a hospital in critical condition. No suspect is in custody and police are still investigating.

Thursday morning, a man was found shot to death in the 2300 block of Eldridge.
