WEST LIBERTY, Iowa (KCRG) - One person was taken into custody after a police chase ended in a crash on Monday.

On Monday morning, authorities were led on a chase that ended in a single-vehicle crash in West Liberty.

West Liberty Fire and emergency crews arrived on the scene and found no injuries to the driver, officers, or bystanders.

Police arrested the driver and charges are pending at this time.

The incident remains under investigation. No other information is known at this time.
