LONDON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A federal jury in London convicted a Harlan man of producing child pornography on Thursday.

The Department of Justice said the two-day trial ended after 45 minutes of deliberation. The jury decided to convict 42-year-old Brandon Farley of two counts of production of child pornography.

According to a news release, Farley sexually abused a minor that was in his care and took photos of that abuse.

Farley is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 7, 2026. He faces a maximum sentence of 60 years in prison.
