ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Fire crews rescued several people from an apartment complex fire in northwest Atlanta on Tuesday morning.

The fire took place at Magnolia Park Apartments, located at 809 Magnolia Way NW. According to fire officials, crews were called at around 3:30 a.m. after receiving a report describing heavy fire coming from a third-floor apartment breezeway.

Officials say firefighters were able to rescue “about seven people.” Four children and four adults were taken to Grady Hospital, where they are in stable condition.
