HENDERSON, Ky. (WEVV) — Deaconess Hospitals will soon honor babies and children gone too soon.

The Women's Hospital in Warrick County will soon host their 23rd Annual "A Walk to Remember."

This will take place on Saturday, October 11th from 1p.m. to 3 p.m. at The Boy Scouts of American Buffalo Trace Council-Eykamp Center in Evansville.

That is located at 3501 East Lloyd Expressway.

Organizers say everyone is invited, no matter how brief or long their child's time was.

There will be a ceremony honoring all the angel babies.

Participants are invited to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.

Meanwhile, Deaconess Henderson Hospital will host their 2nd Annual "Wave of Light" event.

It will take place on Wednesday, October 15th at 6:30 p.m. in the hospital
