VANDERBURGH COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — Three people are facing intimidation charges after being accused of threatening victims at a local movie theater.

Deputies say they responded to the AMC theater on Pearl Drive late Tuesday after a juvenile victim called 911 and said the suspects were threatening them and their friends with bats and hammers.

When deputies arrived, they say they saw Breanna McAllister, Madison Williams, and Mickayla Joiner. They say they noticed McAllister holding a hammer and saw one of the suspects drop a metal bat to the ground.

According to VCSO, Joiner told deputies she went to the movies with Williams and McAllister, when one of them got into an argument with their boyfriend inside the theater, causing him to get kicked out.
