MARSHFIELD, Mo. -- Shipments of the seasonal flu vaccine have arrived at the Webster County Health Unit. Anyone who is interested can stop by and get vaccinated.
The Webster County Health Unit recommends that everyone aged six months and older receive an annual flu vaccination as the best protection against influenza.
"Flu season is just around the corner, and getting vaccinated is the most effective way to reduce your risk of illness," said Lisa Tindall, Nursing Supervisor of the Webster County Health Unit. "We encourage community members to protect themselves and their loved ones by getting their flu shot early."
