HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- Flags have been ordered to be flown at half-staff by Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro after political activist Charlie Kirk was shot and killed while he was on a Utah college campus Wednesday.

United States and Commonwealth flags on all state facilities, public buildings and grounds are ordered to be at half-staff until sunset Sunday, Sept. 14. President Donald Trump also ordered flags to be flown at half-staff across the country earlier.
