ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Upskill NWA is providing opportunities for nontraditional college students, giving them a real shot at transforming their lives and achieving their dream of a college degree.

Carol Silva Moralez, CEO of Upskill NWA, says that the non-profit also helps one industry that needs workers now more than ever.

"The employer partners that we have inform us of the most high demand, high wage jobs in health care. We then go out and recruit nontraditional students who are low income wage earners." says Silva Morales.
