FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Fort Smith Museum of History is planning a Halloween event centered around the city's past.
According to a press release, the Murder & Mayhem event will be held on October 17-18, 25 and 31.
The release says the event will feature heavy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails and a hayride to the museum. There will also be a ghost hunt with snacks and drinks, a lantern-lit stroll through a neighborhood with haunted houses.
The release says there will be s'mores, cordials, ghost stories and a ghost hunt inside The Clayton House.
Halloween night has "extra helpings of spooky, spirited fun," according to the museum.
Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate dress are recommended as portions of the evening will take place outdoors.
Participants must be 21 or older
