STORRS, Conn. — Artificial Intelligence could soon help make forecasting the weather a lot more accurate thanks to researchers at the University of Connecticut .

AI continues to be at the forefront of advances in technology across the globe. It can be used to create videos, recap what you search on Google, even become your DJ on Spotify, and weather could be the next area impacted.

“It’s very difficult to get it right with one attempt, one model or one configuration," said Marina Astitha, Associate Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UConn, “The more tools we have in our toolbox, helps us get further and further into a more realistic forecast.”
