Southeast Michigan is in for another summer-like day, with high temperatures inching toward the above-normal range by Friday.
But the dry weather may be coming to an end soon. There is a chance of showers and even thunderstorms in the mix for this weekend.

The weather pattern shifts Saturday as the area experiences the effects of a strong system moving through Hudson Bay and into Quebec. Southeastern Michigan will sit on the western edge of a large trough system, bringing a chance of showers and thunderstorms as weather pa
