HANOVER, N.H. (WCAX) - Conservative activist Charlie Kirk was scheduled to participate in a debate at Dartmouth College later this month. A day after his violent death in Utah, reporter Adam Sullivan spoke with local student groups that organized the visit.

The Dartmouth Political Union is speaking out in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s death. The nonpartisan student organization is focused on fostering open and respectful political discourse.

Charlie Kirk was known for traveling to college campuses and debating students. He was expected to debate left-wing online media personality Hasan Piker on September 25 at Dartmouth.
